14-day window for unopened items
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food-contact items (ice packs, ice cube trays, reusable cubes, bottle sleeves, lunch bags) cannot be returned once opened or used.
We want you to love your cold-carry gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work with PLUMBING BY TYSON, LLC. All refunds are issued in USD.
The 14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Items must be in resalable condition with all tags and inserts.
Food-contact items — the boundary
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food-contact items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes reusable ice packs, ice cube trays, reusable steel cubes, insulated bottle/wine sleeves, insulated lunch bags, and any divider or tray that contacts food. If these items arrive defective or damaged, we will replace them — see below.
Non-returnable
- Opened or used food-contact items (as above).
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Items without original packaging or showing use/wear.
- Final-sale or clearance items, where marked.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If any product — including a food-contact item — arrives damaged or defective, email support@tysonplumb.shop within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
How to start a return
- Email support@tysonplumb.shopwith your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in USDwithin 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We sell passive cold-carry gear only. Tysonplumb sells passive cold-carry gear only. We do not sell electric coolers, compressor refrigeration, gas-powered units, or any installation, repair, or on-site service.
